This Is My Brave

This video features Landon Ballard speaking and then performing the song ‘You’ll Be Okay’ as part of the ‘This Is My Brave’ hour and a half production in the historic Egyptian Theatre in DeKalb, Illinois, on October 13, 2022.  Landon was the Director for this production.

Among Landon’s messages which he said have impacted his life were ‘you are good enough’ and ‘you only get as many chances in life as you get.’

The production featured personal stories from extremely brave people of all ages from throughout the Northern Illinois area, including Chicago, focusing on their efforts to overcome such issues as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, sexual assault, alcoholism, and substance abuse.

‘This Is My Brave’ began in 2014 and by the end of 2022 had produced more than 80 unique shows in cities through the United States as well as Canberra, Australia.
