Dinners with DeMar - Mental Health Podcast

Leila Rahimi, an NBC-TV sportscaster, had a recent interview with DeMar DeRozan, a Chicago Bulls All-Star forward, about DeMar’s new series of podcasts focusing on mental health and his being at the forefront for mental health advocacy for professional athletes of various sports.

DeMar’s agency, Goodwin Sports, has highlighted his new digital series in conjunction with Emmy award-winning Podium Pictures.  The series is called ‘Dinners with DeMar.’

The series is publicized as ‘authentic, unrehearsed, and unfiltered conversations about mental health.’ 

The podcasts are featured on DeMar’s YouTube channel.

DeMar, age 35, describes this series of podcasts as extremely meaningful to him.

His  first guest on February 22, 2024, was Draymond Green, age 33, of the Golden State Warriors.  His guest on March 5 is scheduled to be Chicago native and Hall of Famer Dwyane Wade, who played for a short time with the Bulls. Scheduled for the March 19 episode is Damian Lillard, a star player with the Milwaukee Bucks.
