One Young Entrepreneur

As of July 2024, Jack Fielding is the founder, CEO, and lead counselor for about 60 kids.

Jack lives in Western Springs, Illinois, a southwest suburb of Chicago, and he’s 17, planning for his senior year at Lyons Township High School in nearby LaGrange.

His goal was to organize one of the best youth summer camps anywhere.  Based on a WGN-TV News Clip of July 6, 2024 (link below) he seems to have done that.   

Jack did all the business planning – building a website, printing flyers, establishing a business license, and securing the proper liability insurance, using his own savings.

And then the work – and fun – began – directing and supervising dozens of home town kids in a variety of educational and fun activities.

His mom, Ilene Fielding, couldn’t believe it – until she joined him as an assistant. 

Jack’s not sure about his post-high school plans.

But one thing he does know.

A second summer camp is already planned for 2025!
